Question: Penny Brown was a promising young tennis player. In July 2018, when she was 16, she entered into two separate agreements, both of which were to run until 2021. The agreements: 1. With Durga Devi, a noted tennis coach whereby she undertook to organize Penny training and decide which tournaments she should play in. In return, Penny agreed to act on Durga's advice and to pay her 20% of her winnings from tournaments. 2. With Nerissa Brispat company, whereby Penny promised to use their sports equipment in all tournaments in return for Nerissa paying all her travel expense. In July, 201, she disobeyed Durga Devi's instruction to play in the Tournament of the century in the USA, where the prize money was 1.5 million US. Instead she returned to Guyana to play Guinness in the streets tennis where the prize money was only 100, 000 Guyana dollars. Because the championship in Guyana will have less publicity, Nerissa company refused to pay her airfare from the USA. Penny did not use their rackets anymore and ordered ten diamond rackets from Esther Brown company. These rackets had a genuine diamond fixed on their handle and cost $100,000 gyd each.
