Question: Side Hustle: Inflation abounds and more and more people have side hustles. Some employees make money from a hobby, some do something different for personal enrichment/enjoyment or to keep other skills sharp, some simply work part-time jobs. When you were hired there was no policy against outside 'employment'. Some managers are pushing for a new policy that requires any and outside work to be approved by management.
