Question 1. Do you keep a sketchbook for brainstorming and exploring possible artistic ideas? If so, explain, describe, and discuss the contents of your sketchbook and the process that you use to work in your sketchbook. If not, explore why you have not used this tool and how you might start implementing it into your creative process.
Question 2. We've learned that inspiration can be derived from just about anything or from anywhere, so what inspires you creatively? Discuss and explore the various people, places, things, ideas, experiences, etc., that tend to inspire your art. Use specific examples and explain.
Question 3.The unit informs us that many people disregard chakras because you cannot see or feel them. Do you agree with this line of thinking regarding chakras? Have you ever tried to tap into your chakras? If so, how? If not, would you be interested in exploring these energy pathways and how would you do so?
Question 4. What do you do to promote a healthy body image for yourself? Please discuss some of the ways that you personally maintain a healthy body image. If you don't feel that you have a healthy body image, please discuss some of the ways that you could try to improve it.
Question 5.In your opinion, what is the most important part of achieving total personal fitness? Some things to consider are: body image, nutrition, mindfulness, and an exercise plan. Discuss which aspect of total fitness you think is the most crucial and why.
