Assignment:

1. Interview the teacher of your focus classroom to see what model of parent education the school uses. Explain the model in the discussion post. Relate that information to the information covered in the textbook. Then tell the class which of the CR-Tech Connections from the chapter you would suggest to this teacher to enhance what she does for families. 2. Compose a policy for when a child is sick or becomes sick while they are at the center during the day. This policy will need to include when children can return back to the center. You can use your textbook as a guide and other centers policies. You can use this policy for your Parent Handbook that is due in Module 8.

3. Consist of 3 bodies which summarize the contents of the "What are Virtual Manipulatives" handout. In your two reply posts, think about how things have changed in the years since this article was written in 2002. Tell two classmates how you think classrooms have changed since then, and what you, as a teacher, should expect to find in terms of technology in your future classroom.
