Organizational Behavior Analysis

Your reflection should identify and discuss the?two most important theories, concepts, or takeaways you remember from each one of the core classes.

For each insight you should:

Accurately summarize the theory, concept, or takeaway
Discuss why you think it is one of the most important things you learned in that class

So, to summarize,?you should have four insights in total?- two from each one of the core management classes (HR and OBA).
