One other piece we can look at moving forward with now is the next steps for the PS4 competition. I finished the interviews today, and we haver certified three candidates. Of those, the top two tied for first place. I think they would both be strong candidates, but they are quite different, bringing different strengths. I will send the results to HR, and then share with you the information from the top two candidates. Once you have had a chance to review, we can discuss further, and we could include Gerry Lynn in the conversation as well, he was the other interview panel member and can share his thoughts as well.
