Xeniya, As per my teams message, here are the top two candidates from the PS4 competition, including interview scoring results. Both candidates have different strengths, both in terms of their background and experience, and in terms of their answers to the various interview questions, however both ended up with the same overall score and tied for first place. I think this presents us with an opportunity for follow up discussions for personal suitability and for you to be involved in the decision making for this position. It would be best for you to have an opportunity to meet with each candidate and judge for yourself. Please have a look at the candidate applications and interview results. Then I can set up a three-way conversation with Gerry Lynn (the other interview panel member), and we can share our observations of each candidate from the interviews. Then you and I can have a one-on-one discussion about how to approach the next steps in the selection process.
