Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that includes, on a single slide, a flowchart of the procurement management process. As you create your flowchart, include at least six process steps starting with the identification of what services and items you found that are needed by the project manager. End the confirmation by the project manager stating the items and services required for the project have been received. 

After the slide on which the overall flowchart is presented, provide a single slide for each process step identified in the flowchart. For example, a flowchart containing six process steps should be followed by six process slides, each of which describes one of the six process steps in the flowchart. Flowcharts are important for the process knowledge of how procurement occurs and is managed in the organization.

Provide examples of what will take place in each process step from your selected course project (refer to the Week 1 introduction for an explanation of your selected course project). 

Find a project procurement management plan example or template. If you happen to find a template online, please use the template only as a guide and be sure to cite the information accordingly. Compare and contrast it with your process flowchart by identifying major elements included in one that are not included in the other. Provide one slide of bullets and speaker notes reflecting on your comparative analysis. The presentation slide should only have bullet points and the notes slide should contain your detailed research information.

Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes (at least 100 words) for each slide other than the Cover, Agenda, Conclusion, and References slides. 

Support your presentation with at least threescholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included. 

Length: 12-15 slides (with a separate reference slide)

Notes Length: 100-150 words for each slide

References:Include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources.

The presentation must include Cover, Agenda, Conclusion, and References slides, as well as a Flowchart slide and slides for each of the process steps identified on the Flowchart slide. Be sure to include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format and style where appropriate.
