Project Management Model Comparison

This paper must address the following topics for the individual project that was used for the weeks two and three assignments. The paper must be a minimum of 1,500 words in addition to title and "References" pages.  See the APA example in the Center for Writing Excellence (CWE) for the required format. At least four separate and different professional sources must be cited (quoted of paraphrased) and referenced in the paper.  The references must be different from the UOP assigned course materials and the UOP virtual organization site.  The following points must be included with a separate heading for each topic except the introduction:

• Introduction to the entire paper
• Describe the Traditional Project Management (TPM) waterfall method.  Include advantages and disadvantages of this method.
• Describe one Agile project management approach.  Include advantages and disadvantages of this method.
• Identify a minimum of three different factors that need to be considered in determining which project management method should be used (TPM vs. an agile approach)
• Specify either TPM or an agile approach in the following situation:  building a new data center for a global organization.  Explain how the selected approach would be used.  Provide supporting rationale for the decision.
