2) what are the main drawbacks of Maslow's hierarchy of needs in a cross-cultural context? Think of specific reasons and examples which clearly demonstrate the shortcomings of Maslow's assumptions.
3) Why are leadership styles culture-specific? Think if examples/scenarios of leadership styles that might work well in a cultural context, and at the same time be a total failure in another cultural context.
