You have received several letters and e-mails from readers who are concerned about the cost of their automobile insurance premiums. one of the readers wrote the following "I think, on the average a driver in our city pays a higher automobile insurance premium than drivers in other citites like ours in this state." Your editor asks you to investigate the costs of insurance premiums and write an article about it. You have gathered the data shown below (your city is City A). The data represent the automobile insurance premiums paid annually (in dollars) by a random sample of drivers in your city and three other cities of similar size in your state. (The prices of the premiums from the sample include comprehensive, collision, bodily injury, property damage, and uninsured motorist coverage.)
