What competencies were you able to develop in researching and writing the course comprehensive project? How did you leverage knowledge gained in the intellipath assignments (Units 1- 4) in completing the comprehensive project? How will these competencies and knowledge support your career advancement in management?

In researching the comprehensive project, I do feel like like I have learned a lot throughout this entire course. Not only has the research been very interesting, but very informative as well.

I know that I have a lot more to learn and long ways to go but I am very proud of myself. The knowledge gained by the Units 1-4 Intellipath assignments thus far has been really intriguing. Not only have I been able to learn about some of the things that I had no idea about, I gained clarity as to why things happen and how to handle certain situations within the heaalthcare field/workplace environment.

The knowledge gained from the assignments will definitely continue to help me as I am finishing up my final paper. As far as the skills learned from this course and my daily life, I have gained time management skills, detail oriented skills, clerical responsibilities, customer service, and so much more.

These experiences have not only allowed me to gain skills imperative to any job/managerial role that I pursue, but it has also increased my interest in the Healthcare Industry and field. With each and every one of our outstanding and scholastic research/involvement, I truly believe that we all have the ability and the qualifications that we need to excel in the Healthcare industry.
