After Sue is seated in a restaurant, she realizes that she has only $18.00 in her billfold. She has a 10% off coupon if the price of her meal is at least $6.00. If she must pay 8% tax and wants to leave a 15% tip, the inequality that represents the price range of meals that she can order is  . Find the maximum price of the meal she can order.
