During the initial onset of the pandemic, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer gave regular updates on the rate at which the virus was moving through the State, as well as how it was affecting the residents as a whole and the measures taken to prevent further spreading. Please review her April 27th press conference and provide a one to two-page critique/evaluation.
