Your healthcare manager invites you to his office and shares concerns about the healthcare organization''s performance, the number of patients using the facility, and how revenues continue to fall. Patients continually complain about different things happening in the organization. He said that there was a need to develop a new business strategy for the organization.

He asked you to develop a draft analysis on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and to present to him first to guide discussion at the planning meeting. Prepare a 15-slide PowerPoint presentation on the following points: Define business strategy, and show the difference between business and corporate strategies. Explain the steps to develop a business strategy. Discuss factors that influence the healthcare organization''s business strategy.

Create a table to provide information on the current situation of the healthcare organization's SWOT. Provide a summary recommendation.
