Project Brief
You are required to select and define a specific business* sector related organisational issue/problem (using a problem statement or research question) and prepare a well-structured and professional evidence-based project document that includes the following:
Comprehensive research that is ‘fit for purpose' with a view to generating possible solutions for the issue/problem being investigated, drawing upon appropriate quantitative research techniques where relevant.
Prioritisation of possible solutions and selection of one which is most suitable for resolving the problem/issue (if required, more than one related solution may be necessary).
Developing a professional proposal for the implementation of the solution/s you have selected to resolve the problem/issue. Effective project management and planning principles may support the implementation process.
Note: A high level of critical analysis and insight is expected in the project that should be reflected in (1) your research, (2) the identification and selection of the solution(s) to resolve the selected issue/problem and (3) the proposal for the implementation of the chosen solution.
