Organisation

Table of Contents This is a list of the sections and subsections. They are numbered in a cascading way, for example, 2, then 2.1 2.2 etc
Executive Summary This provides a brief overview of the report. It stands alone and its purpose generally is for the reader to get the main message, so they can then decide whether they need to read the whole report.
Introduction This introduces the topic and its background and significance. It concludes with a thesis statement ("This report will ...") which previews the content of the report.
Body This reflects the thesis statement, dividing the topic with headings and subheadings.
Conclusion This summarises the main points and does not provide any new information.
Recommendations These present specific suggestions for action that arise from the analysis and findings of the report. Reference List This has its own page and follows APA style.

You may wish to use the question elements to develop sub-headings, or you may make your own. If you do make your own, ensure you address all aspects of the question.
