You are employed as a sales agent for Eden Estates.

They have just opened a new office 20km from their existing, main office. The principle has tasked with prospecting the neighbouring suburb.

You are required to:

Design a prospecting plan
Create a template/s to record vendor/buyer details for the agency's records
Develop a set of criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan

You will need to present the prospecting plan in suitable and appropriate formats such as:

Multimedia
Video
Text/print based
