The uncles have arranged for hospice care for Roberto in New York.

Suzanne is Roberto's hospice nurse in Seattle. Suzanne knows that Roberto's health is declining. His condition is stable currently with palliative therapy to treat symptoms such as fever, coughs, difficulty breathing, or diarrhea. Roberto is stable enough to make the trip to New York. A flight nurse will accompany Roberto to New York. Then his care will be handed over to the hospice nurse in New York. Roberto is alert, oriented, and knowledgeable about his condition and medications.
