Develop a Career Path Plan billing/coding the career you are most interested in and researching it to determine what you need in terms of education, experience and other requirements to reach your goal. Discuss different work place options for your career billing/coding. Discuss the role you will have in the organization and what your job duties will be. Your plan should be based on the findings you researched. The AHIMA website is a very valuable site to find out different career options and the requirements for each.

This paper must be very detailed in terms of all of the requirements needed and organizations that employ your specific career choice. You
must take into account all obstacles in creating your plan. If a degree will take two years to complete, think about how many years it will actually take you to become billing/coding; plan your path based on your current situation.
