Use the dataset from the WCGS: The Western Collaborative Group Study (WCGS) is a large epidemiological study evaluating the association between "type A" behavior and coronary heart disease. The study had more than 3000 males. (Rosenman RH et al. A predictive study of coronary heart disease: the western collaborative group study. JAMA.1964; 189: 1130120.)

Analyze the dataset using SAS.
Use coronary heart disease (CHD) as the outcome variable (variable chd69).
Consider systolic blood pressure as the primary predictor variable (variable sbp).
Consider age, cholesterol, bmi, smoking, and behavioral pattern as potential confounders. Use any form of these variables that you wish.
Note: behavioral pattern (variable behpat) referred to type A behavior (codes 1 and 2) or type B behavior (codes 3 and 4).
Look for interaction between smoking and behavioral pattern (potential effect modifier).
Select a final model using whichever approach you prefer. Describe how you selected your final model, referring to the approach and the selection criterion (significance level) used.
Interpret your final model.
