They are able to move all extremities without issue. The resident was assisted into bed, provided with a gown, and then went to sleep. A new order from Mercy indicates that the resident should continue taking all prescribed medications, including blood thinners. It is also advised for the resident to drink extra fluids to help irrigate the bladder. If the resident experiences any lower abdominal pain or has difficulty urinating, they should notify the healthcare provider.
