Magento change address format depending on store

Project Description:

What I need is that depending on the store in which the customer bought the address should change the format in the view.

For illustration somebody orders in USA store the address will be given as:





if somebody orders on the england store it will look like:






I want it because my extension which prints the shipping labels gets the address format from the order.

When you bid please explained what I need with your own words again to make sure you've understood what I want.
