Legal consultant: personal manager is a role of grievance handling, setting of disputes, handling of disciplinary cases, doing collective bargaining, enabling the process of joint consultation, interpretation and implementation of the various labour laws, contacting lawyers regarding court cases, filling suits in the labour courts, industrial tribunals, civil courts and the like.
