What is Line Featuring in Product Line?

Line Featuring:

In case of durable products marketers at the times choose one or several items to “feature” the concept is to attract consumers towards showrooms and then try to acquire them exposed to other modules. A times marketer will quality a high end items to lend prestige to the product line. This product acts as flagships to enhance the entire line. Occasionally a company tends one end of its line selling well and other badly. The company may try to boost the demand for the slow moving items, particularly when they are produced into a factory which is lying idle because of lack of demand.
