Question 1:

(a) Mr Dupuy, the Chaiperson of the Rose Flower Senior Citizen Association having its seat at 30 Avenue Des Loisirs Pointes-aux-sables wishes to call a meeting of members on Monday 30th April 2007 at 14.00 hrs. The secretary of the said Association is Mrs Randabelle.

Compose a notice of meeting to be dispatched to the members of the Association together with an agenda with the subsequent three items to be debated:

1. Conveying of the honorary freeman of the town to Mr Johnson Whitley;
2. Organisation of family day gathering at the Social Hall on 24th December 2007;
3. Presentation of new members.

(b) Brainstorming is a method that will be used by teams to solve problems that are put forward to them, show.
