What are the relatively distinct leadership styles?

The three relatively distinct leadership styles are as illustrated below:

1. Authoritarian: leader makes every decision demands and unilaterally obedience of all subordinates.

2. Democratic: leader firstly discusses and then consults his subordinates.

3. Free Rain or Laissez-Faire: Here leader exercises minimum controls and provides full freedom to subordinates to act and decide.
