Type of contacts in recruitment planning, HR Management

Assignment Help:

Type of contacts: this refers to the type of personnel to be informed about the job openings based on job description and job specification. This determines how the prospective personnel may be communicated about the job openings. For example if an organization requires unskilled workers mere putting the requirement notice on the factory gates may be sufficient. If it requires qualified and experienced managers perhaps it may go for advertisement in national newspapers.
