Synthetic Rubber - Classification of Rubber

The synthetic rubber is acquired by polymerising specific organic compounds that may have properties identical to rubber and some wanted characteristics. So many of these are developed from butadiene derivatives and consist of carbon-carbon double bonds. The synthetic rubbers are either homopolymers or copolymer of 1, 3 butadiene where one of the monomers is 1, 3 butadiene or its component that is why the polymer has the accessibility of double bonds for its vulcanization. Some extremely significant types are Neoprene, styrene, butadiene rubber that is SBR silicones, thiokol, polyurethane, rubber and so on.
