Details: The System was designed to meet the needs of recruitment of candidates right from the sorting of resumes from the database to the final departure of the candidates. The System will be used across 3 sister concerns namely Jerry Varghese International Ltd, Jerry Varghese Consultants and JIC Dubai. In the 1st and 2nd phase, two portal sites viz : www.globaljobsfair.com and www.enritimes.com was hosted. On 3rd phases, we had to take resumes and employers information from the database and we had to centralized HR offices viz JVISolution UK, JIC Dubai, Jerry Varghese International Mumbai and Jerry Varghese Consultant Mumbai. Apart from this, we had to centralize their Bangalore and Trivendrum office.Employers can be registered through the sites www.globaljobsfair.com and once they are part of the sites,they will have their own interface modules. For the registration of the candidates and job information two sites globaljobsfair.com and enritimes.com were put. System was developed using MVC architecture model and J2EE for centralization of all the offices.Through the system, All offices could share the various information about employers and candidates.
