This section Refer to the section on observation technique given in subsection which describes the phenomenon that can be observed and types of observations.
i) Definition Observation is a technique for collecting data through occurrences that can be observed through senses with or without mechanical devices. There are two parts, i.e. someone is observing or observer and there is something to be observed.
