Orders in filing printed and written material, HR Management

Orders: If you are involved in ordering materials or equipment for your lab, you will require a file to house copies of orders that have been sent and possibly delivery notes on which you have written the date of the goods arrived. You may also keep accounts.

Even if, you don't keep copies of the actual orders, you might choose to keep copies of the requests for apparatus, materials, etc. that you have made.
