After studying this unit, you should be able to:

1.  explain the need for reporting lab accidents,

2.  state the accident reporting procedure,

3.  list the contents of a first aid box,

4.  describe the general features of first aid procedure, and

5.  explain the first aid procedure for specific situations like electric shock,

6.  Unconsciousness, chemical accidents, bleeding, shock, burns, fractures and eye injuries.
