Leadership happens when people push, cajole, and influence others to work towards the achievement of a specific objective. That distinguishes leadership with management functions generally are tasks induce, persuade and influence the personal pattern. For example, in planning tasks or read the report, they do not involve personal interaction. Leadership consists of behavioral interactions with colleagues, employees, leaders, customers and other parties. Can be said that where the existence of an effective manager in an efficient management system, there will also be there an effective leader.
