Internal and external factors influence the organisational culture

Culture facilitates internal integration and harmony as well as external adaptation according to environmental demands.If the dominant values, norms, rules of behaviour and organization climate ingrained in the organization culture are not supportive of learning and change, the organization will not be competitive.Management of corporate culture is complex but it can create competitive advantage as well as enhance the bottom line. The culture of the organisation will be strongly affected by the internal and external factors. When it comes to change, then, this organisation has a more conductive organisational culture.  External environment government regulations, social concerns, technology significantly affecting organisational culture. The heritage of the industrial age prevents many organisations from creating the organisational structures and company policies that is internal factors.
