Changing Information Technology: Challenges and Prospects

There is no suspicion that information technology has created momentous progress throughout the last two decades. Latest societies have become information rich like this was not so into the past. Quick advances in computer technologies for communication give us with plenty of tools to improve this capability. The tools of information technology comprise a number of components. Such include, automated banking, satellite earth stations and post office tool.

TVRO stations, data broadcasting through satellite, relayed telecommunication along with radio link branches to give telephone and television services over a huge expanse of territory, computer software-hardware, communication networks and computer data storage, which is networks that can handle voice, images and data text; computer output onto different type of media; office automated devices as like word processor, electronic mail, photocopiers and filing, electronic memory teleprompters, facsimile or fax, and many more in practice. The latest information technology represents the three “islands” upon the information sea; telecommunication, data processing and office automation.
