Design an induction programme for the job you described in Task 1 and relate the programme to the type of organisation in which the job exists.

The programme will include:

i) A list of key topics that would be covered in a three stage approach. Identify each stage and the topics to be covered.

ii) An explanation of how the topics would be presented to the new employee using appropriate examples to demonstrate your understanding.
