In straightforward words we can say that Product is anything which can be given to a market to satisfy a need or want. This represents a solution to customer’s problems. This is a set of tangible and intangible benefits comprising packaging, price, colour, manufactures prestige and name, brand, manufacturer’s upon retail services, that buyer may accept like offering satisfaction of needs and want, for illustration a refrigeration not merely steel, freon gas, plastic, brand name but also comprises factors like after sale service, installation, delivery, dealers factors as after sale service, installation, delivery, dealer network and also services. Products which are marketed comprise physical goods, ideas, services, experience, places, person, proportion, information, clients.
