Q. Identification of Defects of coating?

All holidays and other coating defects, including without limitation primer blister, excess powder mounds, crazed coating, lifted and unfilled pipe scabs, etc., shall be marked in a manner acceptable to the OWNER. The number and nature of holidays and coating defects in each joint of pipe shall be recorded along with the pipe number for later reference by the OWNER.
