How are the internal pressures causes of organisational?

Internal pressure:

(a) Changes into the Managerial Personnel:

It is one of the most frequent purposes for main changes in the organization are the change of executive at the top. There no two managers have similar style, managerial or skills philosophies.

(b) Deficiencies into the existing organisation:

Many deficiencies are noticed into the organizations along with the passage of time. A change is essential to remove these deficiencies as lack of uniformity within the policies, obstacles within communication, or any ambiguity etc.

(c) Certain other factors such as listed below also demand a change in the organization:

• Workers’ desire to share in decision-making.

• Workers’ desire for higher wage rate

• Enhancement in working conditions, many more.
