Uncompetitive inhibition 

In this type of inhibition, the inhibitor only binds with the enzyme-substrate complex making  it  inactive.  As  a  result,  the  product formation  becomes  difficult.  In uncompetitive inhibition, both K,  and V ,,  changes as can be seen  in  Figure. The former increases while the latter decreases. This kind of inhibition is rare in one substrate reactions but common in two substrate  reactions
