Explain the OR Gates - microprocessor?

The OR GATE has high or logic 1 output if any of the inputs are high.

The output Q is true if input A OR input B is true (or both of them are true): Q = A OR B
An OR gate can have two or more inputs, its output is true if at least one input is true. The symbol and Boolean expression for a 3-input OR gate is shown underneath.

It does not matter if it is a 2-input, 3-input or 4-input OR gate, as long as one of the inputs is high the output will be high. The truth table for a 3-input OR gate is shown underneath.
