Explain Man-Power Planning.

Man-Power Planning: It is the planning done in relation to the man-power resources or the human assets of the enterprise. This might be defined as the process that is undertaken for balancing or matching, the manpower demands of an enterprise, both in the short-run and the long run along with the supplies of manpower. The purpose is to give the right man at the right job, at the right time by the formulation and implementation of the appropriate personnel policies and programmes.
