Explain about the term E-Cash.

E-cash is cash demonstrated by two models. E-cash has one is on-line form of e-cash, that is introduced by DigiCash that permits for the completion of all kinds of internet transactions. Another form is off-line; fundamentally a digitally encoded card which could be used for several of similar transactions as cash.

The initial function of e-cash is to make easy transactions onto the Internet. Several of these transactions may be small in size and that would not be cost efficient via other payment mediums as like credit cards.
