a. First and more basic level is core benefit implies basic services customer is buying. While buyer of AC is buying for cooling hotel room for buyer services and rest.
b. Second level, market has to turn core benefit in fundamental product. Hotel customer finds in hotel bed, its room, bathroom, table, AC and towel.
