Determine the Exercises require to do diabetic patient

Exercises are any bodily activity that enhances or maintain physical fitness and overall health. It is performed for strengthening muscles and cardiovascular system,  athletic skills, and reduce weight or maintain weight. Frequent and regular exercises help to boost up the immune system and thereby help to prevent the disease of heart, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes mellitus and obesity and keeps person mentally healthy.

Active Exercise is movement made by the patient.

Passive Exercise is movement carried out by another person, person do not make any effort.
