Organization should provide a frame work for each employee to develop knowledge skills and competencies. Choosing a career direction is perhaps the most important decision an employee present or potential will have to make. The choices made now determine much about how the rest of his will unfold influencing family, health, income, and leisure time. The job search journey to embark on entails hard work.
