Branched chain polymers - Classification of polymers
These are polymers where the monomers are connected to make long chains with side chains or branches of dissimilar sizes. These branched chain polymers are not frequently bounded and hence, they have minimum tensile power, boiling point, low density, and melting points than linear polymers. Some common instances are low density polythene, starch, glycogen etc. (Amylopectin).
