Crisis definition: In order to allow opportunity to demonstrate your ability to analysis a crisis, you are required to choose a crisis that 1) Analyze ESG (Environment, Social, Corporate Governor) risk, more focus on Environment risk 2) Shows a clear beginning and an end 3) Lasts long enough and has enough information for you to write each of the four steps

1. Immediate Response

2. Reputational Management Concerns

3. Contingency Plan

4. Corporate Communication during Crisis 4) Results in a sizable loss (physical and financial) (e.g. % of the company size, sizable loss) The report should focus on a) A brief description of the crisis

b) An analysis based on the lecture framework (4 step solutions, Immediate Response, Reputational Management Concerns, Contingency Planning, On-going communication)

c) An estimation of the direct and indirect losses (very important) i. Direct loss: estimated or actual loss.

Need assumption, calculation, stock price decline etc. ii. Indirect loss: Estimation, use figures etc.

d) Recommended remedies if the crisis occurs again Requirement:

1) Turnitin Report similarity index less than 15%

2) At least 7 references cited (academic journals)

3) number and stock price need to be quoted with sources like international financial medias like Bloomberg etc
