Assume you have one machine and set of n jobs a1,a2,,...,an to process on that machine. Each job aj has a processing time tj,a profit pj, and adeadline dj. Machine can process only one job at time and job aj should run uninterruptedly for tj conseutive time units. If job aj is completed by its deadline dj, you get the profit pj, but if it is after its deadline ,you get the profit of 0. Write down algorithm to find schedule which obtains maximum amount of profit, assuming that all processing times are integers between 1 and n. Determine running time of your algorithm.
